Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 from the General Fund, the Council to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, for the purpose of further implementing Council?s ?New Normal Jobs Initiative? and adjusting Council?s internal appropriations.
