Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ?Permit Parking Districts,? to add a new Section, entitled ?Reserved Permit Parking for Residents with Disabilities,? authorizing establishment of a program to provide dedicated vehicle-specific permit parking for certain individuals with a disability, under certain terms and conditions.
