A resolution honoring and thanking the Philadelphia Police Department, the Philadelphia Fire Department, the Pennsylvania State Police, the National Transportation Safety Board, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Office of Emergency Management, the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, and the American Red Cross for their heroism and bravery when responding to the Northeast Philadelphia plane crash on January 31, 2025.
