From the Desk of Lance Haver, Director of Civic Engagement for Philadelphia City Council.
The City of Philadelphia wants residents like you to tell us what you think of City services. In a letter inviting Philadelphians to complete the survey, Mayor Jim Kenney says that public feedback is critical to helping the City improve the quality of services including garbage collection and parks maintenance. The City has not conducted a citizen survey like this since 2007.
Philadelphia today is a wonderful mix of lifetime residents, young professionals, students, and newcomers to our country. We invite each and every Philadelphian to participate, and if you are willing to share your name and address you will be entered into a raffle to win a $100 gift card. It should take about 10 minutes to complete the survey. The City will be partnering with Temple University’s Institute for Survey Research to analyze the responses.
Please consider taking the time to complete the survey. We are interested to know what you think.
