COUNCIL MEMBERS HELP BRIGHTEN THE HOLIDAYS FOR PHILADELPHIA YOUTH

In early weeks of December, Philadelphia City Council members were very busy ensuring that as many Philadelphians as possible –  especially our children – enjoyed a safe, memorable holiday.
