PHILADELPHIA – In coordination with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Councilman Brian O’Neill (10th District) announces the renovation of Palmer Playground. The renovation of Palmer Playground will begin the week of 2/12 and a total of $475,000.00 will be invested in the Northeast Philadelphia playground.
